Our Story

Sicilian-American Executive Chef Alessandro Fiorello has created a distinctive collection of dining experiences across the Main Line, each rooted in his modern interpretation of traditional Southern Italian cuisine.

In Wayne, the original location offers a warm, rustic setting where the concept first came to life. West Chester introduces a more approachable, lively pizzeria—casual in spirit, yet uncompromising in quality and flavor. In Bryn Mawr, the newest location elevates the experience with a refined, high-end atmosphere, blending an old-school sensibility with a vibrant bar scene.

Across all locations, the menu showcases locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, supported by a thoughtfully curated wine selection designed to complement each dish. At the heart of it all is a commitment to genuine hospitality—welcoming every guest as if into our own home.

Our Food

At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Alessandro’s passion for creativity, quality, and unforgettable dining experiences. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect not just exceptional technique, but a deep connection to the vibrant energy and culture of Philadelphia and Wayne.

Chef Alessandro’s vision is simple yet distinctive: to create a personalized experience for every guest. By using the freshest, highest-quality local ingredients, each plate tells a story—one rooted in authenticity, seasonality, and bold flavor.

Our menu highlights wood-fired pizzas, whole fish, premium meats, and freshly baked bread, all prepared in our traditional oven imported directly from Naples, Italy. This Stefano Ferrara oven brings time-honored Italian craftsmanship to every dish, delivering the perfect balance of texture, aroma, and flavor that only true wood-fired cooking can achieve.

Our Founder

Born to Italian immigrants and raised in a family of restaurateurs, he was immersed in the discipline and artistry of the kitchen from an early age, beginning his culinary career at just 12. He later led his father’s Fiorello’s Café in West Chester, Pennsylvania, as Executive Chef, where he refined a philosophy grounded in tradition, precision, and excellence.

Since assuming his role as Chef-Owner in 2019, he has cultivated a distinguished culinary brand defined by sophistication, intentionality, and range. Through a growing collection of thoughtfully conceived restaurant concepts, he offers a portfolio of elevated dining experiences—each distinct in style and ambiance, yet unified by an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, and a deeply rooted sense of heritage.
